Wholesale Policies
Minimum Orders: There is a minimum order of $250 for all orders. Please make sure to check minimums in each product category as well. (ex. the minimum bath bomb order is 48 bath bombs, but you may order multiple fragrances to meet the 48 bath bomb total) Product Samples: Sample items are available for those individuals who wish to try out our products before ordering. We will provide requested samples at wholesale costs. Just let us know which products you are interested in and we will get them right out to you. Payment Terms: All orders must be prepaid by credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Your payment will be processed before your order is packed. Shipping willbe charged before your order is shipped. There will be two separate charges, 1 for product and 1 for shipping. Shipping: Orders are shipped via FexEx or USPS for international orders. Orders will be shipped from St. Paul, Minnesota. After your order is packed, we will be able to determine the weight of your order and give you a good idea how much shipping charges will be. Shipping charges are based on actual weight of your order.Shipping Restrictions: Some of our products are sensitive to heat and will require special shipping in order to ensure that they arrive intact. Please be advised that many of our products are heat sensitive (please see order form for specific products). Shipping from May 1st to September 31st may require special shipping. During these times, we will pack your order with cold packs to ensure safe delivery. Please be advised that if you are experiencing hot weather outside of the above mentioned dates, it is your responsibility to inform Blissful Bath, LLC. Refused Shipments: Refused shipments are subject to a 25% restocking fee. You will be responsible for shipping costs incurred by Blissful Bath, LLC. Order Turnaround Times: Our order turnaround times are usually two weeks or less, depending on the size and content of your order. Please be aware that as we get closer to the holidays (especially Christmas), those times will increase due to the volume of orders we receive.
Backorders: Partial shipments will be held until $50 of merchandise can be shipped. Backordered shipments will be shipped as soon as they are available.
Damage Claims:We go to great lengths to ensure that your order arrives intact! If for some reason your order is damaged in transit, please report it to us within 10 days of the date you receive the merchandise. If you receive bath bombs with breakage in excess of 10% of your order, you will be required to return the product to Blissful Bath, LLC. Please phone, fax or email us to report such breakage. We will issue a call tag and we
will credit your account only for merchandise that has been reported, returned and received by Blissful Bath, LLC. We do not accept returns based on anything other than a damage claim. Some of our products contain vanilla. Vanilla is a natural product that will darken over time. This is a natural process that may cause darkening/spotting of product. We can not except any return requests / damage claims for products that have darkened/spotted due to vanilla content.
Internet Sales: No Blissful Bath, LLC products can be sold on any website for less than prices quoted on the Blissful Bath website. No Blissful Bath products can be re-sold to other wholesalers for the purpose of selling retail. No Blissful Bath products can be re-sold to wholesale or discount outlets, either online or otherwise.
Private Label: All items purchased from Blissful Bath, LLC are under the protection and trademark of Blissful Bath, LLC and must display the Blissful Bath name. Under no circumstances may you sell Blissful Bath products under any other name, or reproduce products under this trademark.
Product Quality: We stand behind the quality of every one of our products. Because our products are handmade, variations in color, shape and finish are to be expected. Our products are made in small batches to ensure freshness and quality.
Placing a Wholesale Order with Blissful Bath, LLC indicates that you have read, understand and accept the conditions outlined in this Wholesale Policy.
